Not typical fast food. Most fast food restaurants want people in and out as fast as possible. Also, most other FF restaurants have uninspired teens behind the counter. Culvers is a family establishment where you will find old and young alike enjoying the fish fry, chicken dinner or even their burgers and fries. May not sound like anything special bit when the order is taken by courteous and smiling young people, it makes the meal all the more satisfying. I had never had custard before having been raised in CA, so trying it was a treat. Creamy and flavorful (but not calorie free, sadly), I will try one now and then and when I do - Culvers never disappoints. Whomever the manager or owner is, you should be applauded for hiring a great staff of people. I feel welcome and appreciated whenever I drop in.

Awesome custard. Had the Andes' Mint flavor today. 5 stars for the custard. Staff was very friendly and professional. Inside the restaurant was clean. Also saw on their marquee: BOGO (Buy one get one free) Sun-Thur 2-5 and 8-10 as of August 4th 2015. Recommended to friends and family.

Culver's, the pride of Wisconsin's everywhere and their weird obsession with cheese curds, which are essentially fried cheese sticks the size of tater tots. Culver's should be on your list because its one of those cult fast food places with strong customer loyalty (like Texans and Whataburgers). If you don't know what Whataburger is, we have issues. Anyways, at Culvers we had great customer service here and were even offed free custard coupons for simply showing up. The sandwiches and burgers are good, the custard is okay, and the staff are friendly.

Great stop on way up to mountains and the 2-for-1 happy hour on ice cream is nice. The sundaes come with two toppings, so you can mix and match. I go for the hot fudge with pecans. The pecans count as a topping and they are of excellent quality. The meals range from great "butter-burgers" to more down-home comfort food. I'm not sure why they are called "butter-burgers." Order the food at the counter and they find you when it is ready. We travel with dogs, so it is nice to sit outside with animals on leashes at the clean tables. Restrooms are always clean.

Culver's is super easy going! We came in right at 10 PM right when they were closing and they were super cool about us staying and eating our meal. They were happy to serve us and it made me feel super welcomed and respected. Way to go, Culvers!

Being a cheesehead of course decadent fat fish fry in Fort Collins seemed to be a logical draw.. Ok, expecting lake perch in Colorado would be expecting too much... The cod was ok (tasteless but an ok batter). fried cheese curds were good. And yes for those that like custard they do alright. Not great by any standard, but hey it's custard in Colorado. The chili cheese fries were a disappointment. Terrible chili. Didn't try the walleye and it amazes me to no end that pats of butter on a burger is something exotic. (Sorry being a Green Bay snob)... Being completely objective, I would never go back... Just not up to Wisconsin standards.. If you want to see what Wisconsin food truly is go to krollseast.com . Real custard can be found at storheims.com . Go Pack

We are Culver's addicts and have dined in locations all over the country. This location in Fort Collins is our favorite. Our orders are always right, the food is delicious, the restaurant is clean and the staff is super friendly. Forget the fries, upgrade to rings -- you won't be sorry!

Definitely a good fast food burger. We ate in and it is slower than some of the other fast food chains, but the food was better quality too. They give you a number to put on your table and then bring your food out when it's ready. Kiddo and I each got a snack pack, which includes your entree, fries, and a small drink. I opted for the cheeseburger; he got the chicken strips. My burger was pretty darn good. I really liked the bun. The fries were thicker than I usually like and zig-zag cut, but surprisingly they were still very hot and crispy. Kiddo's chicken strips looked really good. Better than KFC, that's for sure. And, they make their own root beer. Yum. Somtimes kids just want fast food, and this is definitely one of your better options in town.

Staff is very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. Restaurant is clean. A little bit of a wait, but nothing crazy. Shows signs of good management. The burgers are decent, but they aren't "out of this world." The fish sandwiches are bland to my taste, and the Reuben was passable. Cheese curds were really good. Food always came out fresh and presented well. Not bad, not great, and a little on the expensive side. For fast food burgers, Five Guys beats Culver's hands down.

I learned a lot in Fort Collins, and not all of it was at CSU. Culver's taught me that a drive-through burger joint can actually serve up a really, really good burger. Expect to wait in line a little longer here than you would at BK or McDonalds... but it'll be worth it. They burgers are made to your specific request - they're not a wilting, sloppy mess that's been sitting under a heat lamp for the last twenty minutes. The ingredients are fresh, the buns are toasted, and the employees are friendly.

Great fast food! They definitely use fresh ingredients and cook everything to order. They have very cheap pints of ice cream too.

Okay place, although way to slow and way to expensive for fast food. They are about twice the cost of Wendy's which I would equate them to. Their custard is also very pricey, running $4.00 for a medium (2 scoop) Sunday.

I will never go back here! The lady who took my order got it right, but they brought the wrong order out to my car. I didn't realize this until I got home. I ended up with a hamburger with mayonnaise on it and I can't stand mayo on a hamburger! I was so grossed out I lost my appetite and threw it away. I filled out the survey from my receipt and I responded 'yes' when asked if I wanted a manager to contact me. Of course, no one ever did. That's horrible customer service!

The signature Butterburger and the chili cheddar fries were pretty tasty - not spectacular, but good for fast food and the prices are very reasonable. The real draw for Culver's is the frozen custard Concretes. The best frozen custard attempt I've tried in Colorado (I still miss Ted Drewes in Saint Louis), with a variety of custard flavors and mix-ins. I recommend the seasonal Pumpkin pie custard with brownie bits mixed in. Yum!

Yum yum! Came here close to closing time last night and they still served us with quick service, though the tables were somewhat dirty. ! The food is the bomb and the ice cream is great. The food is also moderately priced.

So I love their ButterBurgers! And their cheese curds are awesome!!! The service here is usually very great as well! Though this place is definitely a heart attack waiting to happen!!! Oh and the root beer is some of the best root beer I have ever had! I love this place... It is fast food still so it will probably never achieve the 5 star status, (only In and Out has been able to do that)... Anyways, this place is great for fast food!

Stopped in here while up in Ft. Collins on 4/25. Really cool design of the place with the vaulted ceiling and awesome large photo of the mountains we noticed when coming in. Nice layout of the store inside with easy to find menu items above. We had a couple of sundaes that were very good on this night. Lots of people in here late(9:00pm) which is a sign of a good place for sure. Service was very good and friendly. Wish Loveland would get one of these restaurants in our town. Great job and loved our visit.
